Merchandiser (Part-Time)

About Footprint Solutions

For more than 20 years, Footprint Solutions has partnered with some of the nation's leading retailers to provide merchandising, installation, and in-store support services. We help retailers keep their stores organized, stocked, andcustomer-ready.

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise

  • Updating planograms and product displays

  • Completing audits, surveys, and reporting

  • Assistingwith store refreshes and resets

  • Applying security tags and labels

  • Taking photos andsubmittingreports through a mobile app

  • Building professional relationships with store associates and management

  • Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory

  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

  • Previousmerchandisingor retail experience isplus

  • Able to effectively communicate with store personnel

  • Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks

  • Ability toconsistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high

  • Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.

  • Ability to consistentlylift upto 10 pounds; occasionallylift upto 40 pounds
