Working Conditions

Part Time

15-29 hours a week

Ability to work in an assisted living environment

Purpose

Very organized individual. To be friendly and greet vendors, family members, guests, and community members. Maintain a positive and caring attitude and present a professional image at all times.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming phone calls by the third ring

  • Greet people as they enter into the building

  • Maintaining the entry way by keeping it clean and tidy; wiping counters, tables, and mopping the floor.

  • Offering coffee and water to guests and community members

  • Assist with delivering packages

  • Assist with activities as needed

Educational requirements

Must be at least 16 years or older.

Work Experience

Customer Service experience

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customer, staff, residents and their families. Must be able to speak, read and write Basic English skills.

Physical Demands

Lift up to 15 lbs. required to assist with occasional package deliveries.

Additional Information

Must be able to work in a team player environment, multi-task, detail oriented person, organized and follow through skills.
