Job description

Title: Clubhouse Attendant
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Salary: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Part-Time Wednesdays & Fridays: 5:00-10:00 PM (with occasional fill-in as needed) Saturdays: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
As a Clubhouse Attendant working in our homeowners association (HOA) division, you will monitor and maintain the Villages at Orenco Station Clubhouse in Hillsboro and provide excellent customer service to residents. This is a part time position with 15 hours a week available, and possibly more if interested.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Assists Clubhouse Manager to ensure clubhouse facility is maintained and cleaned according to guidelines at all times.
• Maintaining cleanliness of clubhouse, bathrooms, kitchen, and pool areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Utilizes applicable databases to document all communication with owners, vendors, and board members.
• Utilizes proper communication methods to ensure Clubhouse Manager is informed of any issues regarding activities of contract service representatives on site, such as landscapers, exterminators, trash collectors, major repair contractors, utility service repairers, and swimming pool management personnel.
• Reports any issues regarding resident disturbances, violations, or complaints to Clubhouse Manager.
• Responsible for light maintenance tasks and general upkeep of clubhouse facility and related areas.
