What You'll Do
As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our service team, ensuring tables are set, food is delivered efficiently, and guests receive an unparalleled dining experience. Your mission is to anticipate guest needs, assist servers, and help maintain THE ONE GROUP's high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience
  • Work closely with servers to deliver food, answer guest questions, and maintain table standards
  • Run food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and proper table placement
  • Pre-bus tables, remove used tableware between courses, and reset tables promptly
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain seamless service flow
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ensuring service areas and dining spaces are neat and organized
  • Assist with table setups, stocking service stations, and additional front-of-house tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with team members to enhance efficiency and service speed
  • Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment

What We're Looking For
