Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.
ROLE: Developer Relations Lead
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Developer Relations Lead is the primary bridge between the Autheo Foundation and the global developer community. You will own the end-to-end developer experience, from first contact with the Autheo documentation to the moment a team ships a live dApp or integration on the network. This is a highly visible, externally-facing role that combines technical depth with exceptional communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and evolve all developer-facing documentation, tutorials, and code examples for the Autheo protocol, EVM compatibility layer, integrations, and AutheoID SDK
Design and execute the developer onboarding journey - ensuring new builders can go from zero to a running Autheo node or deployed smart contracts
Lead and grow the Foundation's presence at hackathons, conferences, and developer events (online and in-person); design and run Autheo-sponsored hackathons along with other Autheo Foundation team members
Build and moderate the developer community across GitHub, Discord, and the Autheo developer platform (to be announced)
Gather systematic developer feedback and translate it into concrete product and documentation improvements for the Protocol/Technical Lead
Collaborate with the Grants Program Manager to promote the grant program to qualified developer teams and support applicants through the technical portions of their proposals
Produce technical blog posts, video walkthroughs, and workshop content that demonstrate Autheo's capabilities
Track and report developer ecosystem KPIs: active developers, GitHub contributors, dApps deployed, SDK downloads, documentation traffic, etc
Actively maintain "Gold Standard" starter kits and boilerplate repositories to minimize friction for new projects
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a developer relations, developer advocacy, or technical community role (ideally with a blockchain protocol, tech company, or open-source foundation)
Hands-on experience building with EVM-compatible chains, Cosmos SDK, or IBC; ability to write and debug Solidity or Rust
Ability to write high-quality technical documentation and developer education content
Experience organizing hackathons
Comfortable in a public facing role (experienced speaker and/or technical presenter)
Strong communication skills; bonus points for prior work with global open-source or Web3 communities
Genuine enthusiasm for decentralized technology and a passion for helping developers succeed
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with decentralized identity standards (DIDs, Verifiable Credentials)
Familiarity with AI/ML tooling integrated into blockchain environments (e.g., Eigensphere-style agent orchestration)
Prior contributions to notable open-source blockchain project(s)
Proficiency in Typescript/JavaScript (for SDKs) in addition to Solidity or Rust
What We Offer
Equity shares in Autheo & AUTHEO token allocation • Remote-first culture • Mission-driven work at the frontier of decentralized technology • Direct impact on foundation strategy and ecosystem direction
About Our Organization
Autheo is a visionary technology company building a high-performance blockchain platform surpassing Ethereum and Solana with billions TPS, secure runtimes, and AI-driven DePIN networks. Our mission is to empower developers with scalable infrastructure for sovereign DeFi, healthcare, and IoT applications. Backed by elite engineering leadership and a global team of protocol experts, Autheo aims to disrupt the $300B+ blockchain market with secure, scalable solutions. Join us to build the foundation for the 21st-century decentralized economy.
WHY JOIN LAUNCH LEGENDS?
  • Traction with Momentum: Autheo is already gaining significant traction in the blockchain space, with rapid developer adoption, platform growth, and partnership interest.
