Hours: 6:45-7:15
Full Time: 36 hours per week, every other weekend
PRN: 12-hour shifts, as needed
Base Compensation Range: $40.32-$47.52/hr depending on years of experience
Charge Differential: $3/hr
Shift Differentials: $4/hr on weeknights (Mon-Fri), $4/hr on weekend days (Sat/Sun), $6/hr on weekend nights (Sat/Sun)

As an RN at ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Baytown, you'll provide a higher level of clinical care than typically found in post-acute or residential settings. Our nationally ranked facility delivers hospital-level services, comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit.
You'll collaborate with an exceptional interdisciplinary team to care for patients with complex medical needs, including:
  • Intravenous therapy
  • Surgical & wound care
  • Tracheostomy management
  • Mobility assistance
  • Lines, tubes, and drains management

You will be a key contributor in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that drives optimal recovery outcomes.
