Baptist Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our Pre-Op/Post-Op team at Baptist Orthopedics - Reid Building in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Part-Time day shift opportunity. This will be 3 10 hour shifts per week, 6:30a-5:15p.

This specialized orthopedic OR focuses on elective procedures including sports medicine, foot, ankle, and hand surgeries. This role is ideal for an OR nurse seeking a predictable schedule with no call, nights, or weekends.

Registered Nurse Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide perioperative nursing care using the nursing process

  • Coordinate care with surgical and ancillary teams

  • Prepare operating room and surgical cases

  • Anticipate patient and procedural needs

  • Educate patients and families on care plans

  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient safety

Registered Nurse Experience:

  • 2-3 years Surgical Services Experience (required)
