The Part-Time Receptionist is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. The duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, directing customers accordingly to various departments as requested. The Receptionist will provide a wide variety of support.

  • Assist and provide support to the Mailroom as needed
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed for on-site meetings and conferences
  • Perform various duties as assigned
  • Work within a team and maintain an open line of communication
  • Support of the security team as required
  • Order and stock office supplies, as needed
