Job description

ONE SOURCE Companies is a growing, well-respected leader in outsourced facility and property management services
that offers customized programs to operators of owned or leased facilities. We provide the systems, back office
operations, and industry expertise to support facilities across the northeastern United States.

Position Overview:
ONESOURCE Companies is seeking a part-time Accounting & Administrative Support to support day-to-day
accounting, property management, and administrative support. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial
processing, managing tenant and landlord accounts, maintaining lease records, and additional administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can effectively communicate with
internal teams, vendors, and landlords to ensure smooth property operations and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts receivable, including rent collection, payment posting, and tenant account reconciliation.
  • Process accounts payable by reviewing, coding, and entering vendor invoices and preparing payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly account reconciliations.
  • Utilize AppFolio to manage tenant accounts, lease administration, billing, reporting, and financial transactions.
  • Prepare and process invoices, rent adjustments, CAM reconciliations, and other property-related financial
  • documentation.
  • Maintain lease files, renewals, and supporting documentation with accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary administrative contact for assigned tenant and landlord accounts.
  • Prepare financial, operational, and management reports as requested.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and tracking key performance metrics.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, property management agreements, and client documentation.
  • Maintain organized electronic records, vendor files, contracts, and maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with accounting, property management, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate financial
  • reporting and administrative support.
  • Provide general office and administrative assistance as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma required; additional education in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus

  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
