Job description

About Us: Enstructure New London is a terminal operator managing the State Pier in New London. Their primary focus is the offshore wind industry, serving as a hub for assembling, storing, and transporting giant turbines.


Job Overview: Enstructure New London is seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant to manage daily operations at our Gateway location. As an Admin Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office functioning, supporting upper management, and maintaining compliance with company policies.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities to enhance efficiency and adherence to policies.
  • Handle payroll entry into ADP, including timecard updates and submission.
  • Handle office administration tasks, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Update and monitor the Gateway onboarding
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Maintain personnel, financial, and other records in databases.
  • Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed.
  • Handle weekly and monthly billing in the WO system, smoothly running field business tasks
  • Collecting backup for Gate Security and Escorts and maintaining the PO# assigned spreadsheet.
  • Assist colleagues and team members when necessary.
  • Provide additional support as needed/required.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Prior experience in office administration or related roles.
