Part-Time Office/Accounting Assistant

We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to support our client on a part-time basis. This individual will work across a variety of administrative, accounting and operational tasks. This part-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys juggling multiple responsibilities with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to email communications from clients, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Handle accounts receivable activities, including tracking payments and following up with clients.
  • Manage accounts payable processes such as paying vendors, handling taxes, and reimbursing expenses.
  • Maintain and manage contracts (insurance, leases, phone services, office agreements).
  • Draft and send quotes using QuickBooks in response to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain inventory records, log incoming parts, and update stock post-sales.
  • Enter and manage orders and keep track of order progress.
  • Provide operational support to the sales team.
  • Monitor and coordinate international logistics and shipping.
  • Liaise with warehouse teams and oversee stock levels.
  • Assist with documentation for tax filings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
