The Full-Time / Part-Time Center Associate delivers World-Class Customer Service to all of our customers by facilitating Packaging & Shipping Services as well as Small Office Solutions, including Computer-related Assistance, Printing/Finishing Services, Digital Design Services, Notary Public Services, etc.  The Center Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options, and exhibits confidence through retained knowledge and best practices related to our industry.
The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. He or she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time in order to contribute to the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES          

  • Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and email/telephone inquiries.
  • Continuously practices good listening skills and maintains a professional atmosphere with customers and team members alike.
  • Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, implement alternative solutions, and keep up with industry trends.
  • Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to help teach others to do the same.
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

    • Mandatory Availability:  Monday Shifts / 3 out of 5 Weekday Shifts / Saturday Shifts (Rotating)
  • Full-Time Hours (30-40 hours per week)
    • Weekday Shifts:  11:00 am to 07:00 pm (exact closing time may vary)
    • Weekend Shifts:  08:30 pm to 03:30 pm (exact closing time may vary)
    • Mandatory Availability:  Monday Shifts / 4 out of 5 Weekday Shifts / Saturday Shifts (Rotating)

 PAYMENT STRUCTURE

  • New Hire / Trainee (90 Days)
    • Wage:  $14.00 per hour
    • Month 1:  In-Store Training
    • Month 2:  Web-Based Training Courses (WBTs) + Continued In-Store Training
    • Month 3:  In-Store Training Completion/Finalization
  • Customer Service Associate (CSA)
    • Wage:  $15.00 per hour
    • Requirements:  Completion of Web-Based Training Courses (WBTs) + Ability to confidently perform the majority of day-to-day tasks with ease
    • Advancement:  Maintaining a positive-growing stride toward better understanding and mastering the day-to-day tasks + Continuing education through Quarterly-Assigned WBTs + Gravitation towards new responsibilities + Willingness to help teach others (New Hires / Trainees)
  • Senior Customer Service Associate (SCSA)
    • Wage:  $16 per hour
    • Requirements:  1 Year Experience + Completion of All Assigned WBTs (Training/Quarterly) + Full understanding of all day-to-day tasks and procedures
    • Advancement:  Acquirement of Specialized Tasks or Skills (added responsibilities) + Ability to Open/Close Store + Notary Public Availability (if applicable)
