GENERAL PURPOSE
Provides excellent customer service to patients, employees, and guests. Responsible for Serving customers food and coffee in a clean and welcoming environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provides excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Provides goods and services based on customer's requests.
  • Works with the management team to source products to be sold.
  • Completes daily, weekly, and monthly inventory to determine needs and orders accordingly.
  • Communicates with vendors as needed to maintain proper supply of products.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follows proper safety standards in accordance with regulatory and University guidelines.
  • Stocks all areas using proper HACCP procedures and rotates products accordingly.
  • Completes all mandatory training as required.
  • May train and/or mentor new or lower-level staff.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma and 1 year service or customer service experience required
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
