Job description

Rome Health is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to support our Community Recovery Center, an outpatient clinic serving individuals receiving treatment for substance use disorders.
This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for patients seeking care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and greet patients in a professional, compassionate manner
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Assist with transportation coordination for patients
  • Maintain filing and basic patient data tracking
  • Provide general administrative support to the clinic team

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or administrative support preferred
  • NARCAN certification required upon hire

Ideal Candidate should have the following:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with reception or front desk responsibilities
