Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) - 1:1 Home Care
Job Summary
Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients' homes. You'll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.
Client #1: Pediatric Client
  • Location: Yspilanti, MI
  • Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts
  • Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
  • Availability: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

This is for a resilient 1-year-old girl with a history of Trisomy 21 and several cardiac repairs (AVSD/PDA). She is currently preparing for discharge from the hospital, and we are building her "dream team" to ensure she has a safe and happy return home. The household is home to 5 cats and 2 lizards (caged), so the ideal nurse must be very comfortable with pets!
