Can you be a part time no experience adjunct professor with no teaching experience?

Part time adjunct professor positions typically require some teaching or subject matter expertise, but some institutions may hire individuals with no formal teaching experience if they have relevant industry knowledge or advanced degrees. Networking with faculty and applying directly to colleges or universities' adjunct openings are common steps.

Why is part time no experience adjunct professor pay so low?

Part time no experience adjunct professors typically earn low pay because they are often hired on a contractual basis with limited hours and benefits, and their roles focus on teaching rather than research or administrative duties.
