Part-Time Nanny - Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency Jacksonville- NEEDED ASAP
Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency in Jacksonville and St. Augustine is currently seeking part-time nannies to support families with after-school support. We're looking for warm, dependable caregivers who bring patience, creativity, and enthusiasm to their work. If you enjoy hands-on play, early learning activities, imaginative experiences, and helping toddlers feel safe, confident, and supported through consistent routines, this role may be a great fit.
Position Details:
  • Part-time role averaging 15-20 hours a week
  • Looking for after-school care. Schedule starts as soon as 2 pm or as late as 4 pm depending on the family. Schedules are Monday-Friday*. No weekends required, although opportunities are available for more hours per week
  • Provide attentive, nurturing care focused on toddler or infant development, daily routines, learning, and play

Responsibilities
• Engage children in hands-on play and early learning activities that spark curiosity and joy.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment where toddlers feel supported and confident.
• Ability to drive children from school back home or to extracurricular activities.
• Develop and maintain consistent daily routines that promote healthy development and learning.
• Communicate openly with parents to ensure alignment on care strategies and child progress.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks that cater to toddlers' dietary needs and preferences.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to child care, ensuring a tidy and organized play area.
• Foster imaginative experiences through storytelling, arts and crafts, and interactive games that encourage creativity and exploration.
Qualifications
• Experience in child care, particularly with toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Own Vehicle to commute to and from work.
• Clean Driving record and background check.
• Able to provide at least 2 child care references to track a record of maintaining a nurturing and supportive environment for young children.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents and align on care strategies.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining or following consistent daily routines that support healthy development.
• Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks related to child care, keeping play areas tidy and organized.
