Job description

Lead Generation, Marketing & Outreach
  • Identify and research potential clients within target industries; create and maintain a prospect list.
  • Reach out to warm leads from industry events, referrals, and past inquiries to schedule discovery calls or share service offerings.
  • Collaborate with leadership to evaluate pricing strategies and generate introductory quotes for new prospects.
  • Assist in writing or customizing outreach emails, capability statements, and presentation decks for potential or existing clients.
  • Work with the marketing team (or act as liaison) to promote services through newsletters, social media posts, or digital brochures.
  • Track engagement on outreach efforts (e.g., open rates, responses, lead conversion) and suggest improvements.
 
Event & Sales Support
  • Collect and input contact information from event attendees into a CRM or tracking tool; follow up with personalized outreach after events.
  • Maintain records of all leads, quotes, and client interactions in a shared CRM or sales tracker.
  • Provide monthly reports to the CFO and Accounting/Compliance Administrator on outreach activity, conversion trends, and potential revenue impact.
