Pay: $17.50 โ€“ $18.79/hour, plus a $1.00/hour Night Shift differential
Classification: Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime)
Schedule: Part-Time | Night Shift (10:00 p.m. โ€“ 6:00 a.m.) | Rotating weekends

We are seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our overnight team.

As our Night Shift Front Desk Receptionist, you'll provide a warm, welcoming presence while helping ensure the safety, security, and comfort of our residents and community. Whether answering a resident's question, greeting a late-night visitor, or responding to an overnight need, you'll play an important role in creating peace of mind for everyone who calls Touchmark home.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome residents, families, guests, and vendors with professionalism and hospitality
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously
  • Respond to resident questions and coordinate service requests
  • Monitor emergency call systems and respond appropriately
  • Perform overnight security rounds, perimeter door checks, and monitor building access
  • Assist with mail, packages, and other overnight administrative duties
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Support residents and team members while helping ensure a safe and secure community throughout the overnight hours
