Hotel Glenwood Springs is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor is responsible for providing excellent overnight guest service while completing daily front desk and accounting procedures. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working independently, and able to handle guest needs professionally during overnight hours.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional service to guests throughout the overnight shift.
  • Check guests in and out and assist with reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and guest messages.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate cash and credit card transactions.
  • Complete nightly audit procedures and verify daily hotel transactions.
  • Review guest accounts and correct or report discrepancies.
  • Prepare and distribute required nightly and daily reports.
  • Maintain accurate front desk records and complete shift pass-down information.
  • Respond appropriately to guest concerns, emergencies, noise complaints, and other overnight situations.
  • Monitor the property and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.
  • Communicate important information to management and the incoming morning shift.
  • Follow all hotel policies, procedures, safety standards, and cash-handling requirements.
  • Perform additional front desk duties as assigned.
Requirements:


  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Night audit or front desk experience is a plus.
