We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Care Services team in a part-time capacity. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality nursing care in a home setting, helping patients recover, manage chronic conditions, and maintain independence—all with the compassion and professionalism that define NMC Health.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of patient and family needs

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans

  • Providing direct nursing care and health education in the home environment

  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed

  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate services

  • Delegating tasks and supporting other team members in patient care

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and experience:

  • Computer knowledge required
  • Works independently and takes initiative on behalf of the patient
  • Manages time effectively
  • Demonstrates accountability and responsibility for safe patient care
  • Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of medical/surgical experience preferred

Licensure, registration or certification:

  • Associate degree (ADN) or bachelor's degree (BSN) from ACEN or CCNE accredited school of nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kansas
  • Certification in CPR/Basic Life Support
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
