Full and part time positions available! Days & Evenings e/o weekend and holiday rotation
As a New Grad Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
  • You will care for individuals in need of psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment.
  • You will be a champion for our patients and support the team around you.
  • The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for maintaining a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in TaraVista's core principles.
  • The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN).

The New Grad Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates will have the following:
  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
  • Active LPN license or eligibility for licensure in the state of MA
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Provider through American Heart Association of American Red Cross
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Basic clinical judgment and willingness to seek guidance when needed
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
