Physical Therapy Aide (Part-Time)

We're currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to support our clinical team and help create an exceptional patient experience. This is a great opportunity for students interested in pursuing a career in physical therapy or healthcare-hands-on experience may help satisfy PT school application requirements.
What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapy Aide, you'll play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly while supporting both patients and clinicians. Responsibilities include:
  • Preparing treatment areas and ensuring equipment is clean, organized, and ready for use
  • Assisting patients with setup and positioning during therapy sessions
  • Monitoring equipment and making adjustments as directed by clinical staff
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment
  • Preparing hot and cold therapy modalities
  • Supporting general clinic operations, including laundry and light cleaning tasks
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Physical stamina to remain active throughout the day, including lifting and assisting patients as needed
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA guidelines is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly rate: $16 per hour
  • Part-time employees are eligible to accrue sick time in accordance with Massachusetts Paid Sick Leave Law
