Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Flexible Schedule & Bonus Opportunities
Neil Kelly DDS is currently seeking a skilled and friendly Registered Dental Hygienist to join our private practice in South Kansas City, Missouri. We are looking for a dedicated professional who enjoys working with a diverse patient base, ranging from children to adults. Dr. Neil Kelly runs a comprehensive private practice dedicated to serving patients of all ages. We pride ourselves on providing a wide array of services in-house, eliminating the need for outside referrals. Our offerings include orthodontics, Invisalign, endodontics, titanium and ceramic implant placement, myofunctional services, and full mouth restorations. Our hygiene team is an integral part of this care, providing routine prophylaxis as well as advanced periodontal services, including laser therapy.
Dental Hygienist
Job DescriptionPatient Care: Perform routine prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance for both pediatric and adult patients.
Periodontal Therapy: Conduct scaling and root planing and utilize laser therapy for periodontal treatment.
Assessment: Screen patients for oral health issues, including periodontal disease and oral cancer.
Education: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene strategies and post-operative care to maintain optimal dental health.
Collaboration: Work closely with the dentist to identify restorative needs and ensure comprehensive patient care.
Compliance: Maintain a sterile and safe environment in accordance with OSHA and state regulations.
Part-time $40 - $67 per hour
Pay is commensurate with experience and an office wide bonus system is in place.

Flexible Scheduling Options
Monday through Thursday seeing patients from 8 AM to 5 PM. Friday 8 AM to 5 PM optional
Requirements- Basic life support
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- Other Dental Software
Licensure: Must hold a valid Missouri Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification.
Skills: Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages.
- Implant Dentistry
Experience with or certification in laser therapy.
Familiarity with a comprehensive dental practice environment (implants, ortho, etc.).
