Job description

We are seeking an evening/weekend part time receptionist with prior experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be able to create a great first impression for our customers, be able to interact professionally with a variety of disciplines, have exceptional organizational skills, be flexible, and provide excellent customer service while multi- tasking numerous calls and responding to the needs of our customers. Summary of Position

Provide clerical support; organize and maintain resident, personnel, marketing, and resource files; answer telephones; greet guests; respond to residentsโ€™ requests and assist in coordination of services to residents; assist in providing services to residents, families, and guests.

Essential Functions

ยท Answer telephones and respond to residentsโ€™ requests.

ยท Create and assist in maintaining employee files and records.

ยท Assist in maintaining resident files.

ยท Track, employee, inoculation records. Inform appropriate persons of needed updates

ยท Maintain and report resident census figures.

ยท Maintain resident apartment insurance.

ยท Update excel lists for employee and resident files

ยท Assist staff in providing and coordinating services to residents, families, and guests.

ยท Assist residents and staff in solving problems.

ยท Organize office functions and flow of communication.

ยท Duplicate and distribute information.

ยท Compose and edit written documents to ensure correct spelling and grammar.

ยท Create and maintain an environment for residents, families, and guests that is customer-friendly and that values and respects the uniqueness of each individual.

ยท Sort and distribute mail to individual mailboxes.

ยท Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with co-workers, residents, families, and visitors.

ยท Must be able to react quickly to assist residents when wandering.

Required Skills:

  • 1 to 2 years prior experience performing receptionist duties in professional setting and healthcare experience preferred
  • Must be able to provide excellent customer service while multi-tasking numerous calls and responding to the needs of customers visiting our healthcare center
  • Must be able to be quick on your feetย
