Job description

Hours: Part-Time, average 5-20 hours/week. Saturday, Sunday, and occasional Friday and Thursday availability. Opportunity for more hours based on performance.

Description: Horn Rapids Motorsports Complex (HRMC) is looking for a long-term PART-TIME employee to become a part of our Track Crew and help with track and facility as well as keeping our customers safe. To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone energetic, responsible, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

· Communicating to riders with the use of flags and hand signals.

· Communicating with other employees using a 2-way radio.

· Maintaining a consistent track surface with the use of watering equipment.

· Occasional operation of vehicles and other equipment.

· Completion of tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

· 18 years of age or older.

· High school diploma or GED.

· Clean driving record, current driver's license and reliable vehicle.

· Ability to work safely and operate equipment responsibly.

· Attention to detail.

· Ability to stand and/or walk during shift.

· Ability to regularly lift 50lbs or greater.

· Ability to work outdoors.

Desired:

· Familiarity with the sport of motocross or other off-road vehicle activities.

· A customer-oriented mindset.

· Ability to learn new information quickly.

· A desire to go above and beyond minimum expectations.

Horn Rapids Motorsports Complex is the premier motocross and off-road facility in the Pacific Northwest! We are open year-round, Friday through Sunday with the occasional Thursdays during our busy seasons. We have open practice sessions on our nationally renowned motocross tracks and acres of desert trails as well as hosting some of the largest motocross series in the PNW. We are constantly growing and striving to be on the forefront of our industry to provide the best experience to our customers.
