Digital Threat Modeling Engineer, Lead
The Opportunity:

As a leader in systems engineering, we're looking for you to solve complex challenges and shape a joint-agency effort by leading MBSE efforts across missile and Command and Control ( C2 ) systems. Your customer will t rus t you to not only architect and lead the transformation of these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. Share your expertise through leadership and mentoring, while broadening your skillset into areas like artifi cia l intelligence. Grow your skills by merging modeling, simulation, and analysis and systems engineering to create executable digital models. You Have:
  • Experience leading MBSE architecture efforts in DoD or IC environments
  • Experience with Systems Modeling Language ( SysML ), DoDAF, or UAF
  • Experience in modeling and simulation of advanced threats
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple government agencies and locations
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience with systems engineering, Master's degree and 8+ years of experience with systems engineering, Doctorate degree and 6+ years of experience with systems engineering, or 16+ years of experience with systems engineering in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience supporting Ballistic Missile Defense, foreign threat systems, or C2 analysis
  • Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo Enterprise Architect, Teamwork Cloud, RMSiS, Cameo Simulation Toolkit, MathWorks, CATIA, Simulink, STK, Jira, Confluence, UAF, and Micro sof t Excel
  • Experience with digital engineering governance and data compliance in the IC or DoD
  • Experience mentoring engineering teams and driving adoption of modern systems engineering practices
  • Possession of excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills, including e nga ging with senior government customers and engineering teams

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
