The Part-Time Leasing Consultant will serve as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community and will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue performance. This role requires a motivated closer who will provide a world-class experience to residents and thrives in a fast paced, team-based environment.

What You'll Do:
Sales & Leasing
  • Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions
  • Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close
  • Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion
  • Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors
  • Achieve and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets
  • Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue
  • Respond to leads quickly with a sales first mindset

Resident Experience
  • Provide excellent customer service and serve as an example to your team as a representative of Peak & your community
  • Build rapport quickly and tailor the experience to each prospect
  • Support resident satisfaction to drive renewals and referrals

Community Operations Support
  • Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data
  • Support office presentation and model readiness
  • Assist in performance of annual turn process
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition
  • Assist with market serveys as needed
  • Perform various administrative tasks
  • Assist with all move out and move in events as well as collect deposits and/or fees associated with move in.

Requirements
What You'll Need:
  • Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required)
  • Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar
  • Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
  • Achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours
  • Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours

*The anticipated pay rate for this role is $15.00 per hour, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
