Job Summary: Responsible for planning and instructing art for students in kindergarten through 8th grade.
Rate of Pay: $21,500 - $48,000 Salary/year per the Archdiocese of Denver Teacher Pay Scale
Benefits: Part-time employees are not offered benefits other than what is required by law; Worker's Compensation, FMLA unpaid leave, CO HFWA: 1 Hour of Sick Time per 30 hours worked
Normal Working Hours: 15-22 hours per week based on class schedule for the year. Teachers are contracted to work 185 days per year. A limited number of evenings for school related events are part of contract..

Duties:
• Prepare Lesson plans designed to implement stated goals that follow an established scope and sequence.
• Collaborate with colleagues to establish student performance expectations that are clear and consistent
• Maintain an efficient, functional and pleasant leaning environment that sets a high standard of behavior and is consistent and fair to all students
• Support and enforce school-wide policies and rules
• Effectively and respectfully communicate and maintain a positive relationship with parents, students, the Parish community, the principal, and other staff members
• Model an attitude of service
• Be timely with reporting of grades and incidents
• Any other duties as assigned by the Pastor or Principal
Requirements
Qualifications:
Must be a Catholic in Good Standing
Must have or obtain within 2 years of hiring a valid Colorado Teaching License
