Part-time merchandisers often face challenges such as managing multiple store locations within limited hours, adapting to fast-changing product displays, and communicating effectively with store staff and supervisors. Part time merchandising involves organizing and displaying products in retail stores to attract customers and increase sales, but on a schedule with fewer hours than a full-time position.
