Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mental Health Therapist who is passionate about delivering top-tier mental health care and is ready to grow with us. This position is open to both independent, clinically licensed therapists (LCSWs, LCPCs, LMFTs) and therapists requiring supervision. Regardless of where you are in your career, this position offers the opportunity to make a profound impact on our client’s lives and help shape the future of mental healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy to clients, tailoring your approach to each individual's unique needs.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers to coordinate and optimize care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative, personalized treatment experiences, leveraging cutting-edge technology and novel therapies.
  • Actively participate in the cultivation of Tides' culture, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Assist in developing best practices to improve the client-therapist relationship and overall client experience.
  • Assist in ad-hoc marketing related efforts in order to boost a diverse and strong client base
  • Report directly to the Chief Clinical Officer, contributing to Tides' strategic growth and vision.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice in the state of Illinois and/or Graduated from a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field from an accredited program
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a range of therapeutic modalities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong commitment to Tides' mission and core values

Job Types: Part-time

  • Part-Time: 8 – 20 Session Hours per Week (final weekly hours will be mutually agreed upon within this range, based on employee preference and business needs)

Work Location: In person at our Chicago office with flexibility to work remotely.

Compensation listed is per session and increases based on experience, tenure, etc.
