POSITION GOALS

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
โ€ข Plan, prepare, and deliver approved curriculum on a daily basis.
โ€ข Plan and organize instructional materials/supply inventories/tools/equipment.
โ€ข Evaluate and assist in the resolution of student concerns.
โ€ข Prepare lesson plans and course syllabus.
โ€ข Track student grades and attendance.
โ€ข Submit grades and attendance on a monthly basis.
โ€ข Lead, inspire, motivate, and advise students to actively participate in all aspects of their educational process.
โ€ข Maintain expertise in the subject area.
โ€ข Provide regular, accurate and timely feedback to students and the school concerning academics, behavior, attendance, etc.
โ€ข Assist Program Manager with coordination of student externships.
โ€ข Comply with all safety, fire, and smoking regulations.
โ€ข Complete all mandatory compliance and safety training as scheduled by Human Resources.
โ€ข Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
โ€ข A minimum of three (3) years' experience working in Patient Care.
โ€ข Current industry certification required, such as: RMA, CMA, or similar.
โ€ข A minimum of two years teaching experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires constant mobility throughout the school and region. Employee must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
