We're looking for a team member who can help build our culture while excelling in sales. This is a showroom-based role focused on connecting with customers, building relationships, and closing sales. You'll also work closely with property owners to help improve their spaces and increase bookings.

Role Summary

This role is focused on people and results. Success comes from building trust, understanding customer needs, and guiding them toward the right solutions.

You'll spend your time:

  • Engaging customers in the showroom
  • Building relationships with property owners and clients
  • Driving sales through strong communication and follow-up

    If you are taking any prescribed medications or have a medical condition that may affect your drug screening, please notify the Medical Review Officer (MRO) during the review process.   4. Consent and Confidentiality:
    Drug screening will not be conducted without your written consent. All results are kept strictly confidential and will only be shared with authorized personnel involved in the hiring process.

  5. Right to Retest and Appeal:
    In accordance with Oregon law, if you test positive, you have the right to request a retest of your original sample at your own expense. Instructions for requesting a retest or appealing results will be provided with your lab report.

  6. Non-Discrimination:
    VROPCO does not discriminate against applicants on the basis of lawful off-duty conduct, medical conditions, or disability status, consistent with applicable laws.

By continuing with the hiring process, you acknowledge and understand that a conditional offer of employment may be contingent upon the successful completion of a drug screen, and that refusal to test may result in withdrawal of the employment offer.
