Job description

First Advantage is seeking a Medical Review Officer (MRO) to act as a gatekeeper for the accuracy and integrity of drug-testing reviews. The MRO communicates with donors and laboratories to verify valid explanations for non-negative results and provides QA oversight of the testing process.

The candidate should hold an MD/DO, current US or Canada medical license, and an active AAMRO certification, with 1–3 years of related experience. DOT guidelines and procedures will be routinely applied.
