Independent Health System seeks an Urgent Care Physician to work in Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo)!
Join a nonprofit, physician-led health system in a hybrid clinical/leadership role, with $300K base salary and a $100K signing bonus.

Compensation:
  • Base salary: $300,000
  • Signing bonus: $100,000, paid $50,000 in Year 1 and $50,000 in Year 2

Job/Practice Description:
  • Urgent Care Physician - Medical Director
  • Location: Findlay, OH (40 mins from Toledo)
  • 80% clinical practice / 20% administrative leadership
  • Clinical split: 50% Urgent Care, 30% Occupational Health
  • Occupational medicine services include work-related injury care, occupational physicals, and return-to-work evaluations
  • Medical Director duties: develop clinical policies/protocols, oversee quality initiatives and OPPE processes, collaborate with and support APPs, train and onboard new providers, partner with operational leaders on service line goals
  • Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification preferred; willingness to obtain required
Requirements:
  • MD/DO
  • Board certification Urgent, Emergency, Family, Internal, or Occupational Medicine
  • MRO certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
