US Heart and Vascular is needing a Part-time Medical Practice Scheduler to join our team at Birmingham Heart Clinic in Birmingham AL

This is an entry level position with a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement within a rapidly growing Cardiology Clinic


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting patients and Referring Physicians with scheduling appointments
  • Working with reports such as eligibility reports
  • Scanning information into our Nextgen system
  • Will be cross trained in other clerical areas of the front office

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be detailed orientated
  • Must be a flexible with work schedule
  • Must work well with others, and be a team player
