We’re looking for a Part-Time Medical Receptionist (15-20 hours per week) who thrives in a professional, fast-paced clinical environment and shares our commitment to excellence and patient-centered service. This is a front-line role supporting our patients, clinical team, and administrative operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome patients and ensure a warm, professional first impression
- Manage phone calls, scheduling, and patient communications
- Coordinate patient check-in and check-out with accuracy and efficiency
- Support clinical staff with scheduling and workflow needs
- Handle administrative tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous medical office or reception experience (integrative/functional medicine a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and EMR systems

Shift Expectations:
This is a part-time (15-20 hours per week) position with staggered shifts. Applicant must be available for evenings and up to 3 Saturday's per month.
