Shadow Medical is looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Paraprofessional/Housekeeper. This unique role offers the opportunity to work closely with a high-functioning autistic young man while contributing to our office operations.

About the Role

In this multifaceted position, you’ll spend your time in three key areas:
1. Paraprofessional Support: Guide and mentor a 12-year-old high-functioning autistic young man. Help him develop skills to work as an office housekeeper and assist with his studies.
2. Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
3. Medical Tech Assistance: Step into a part-time medical tech role when the student is not present.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and has a heart for helping others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work one-on-one with a 12-year-old student, teaching him housekeeping tasks and assisting with his academic needs.
