Job description

AllCare.ai brings dedicated, AI-supported medical care directly to assisted living facilities and senior communities, making high-quality healthcare accessible right where our patients live. We're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team and help restore mobility, improve strength and balance, and reduce fall risk for our senior patient population across the Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver in-home and on-site physical therapy services to residents across assigned ALF/senior living facilities
  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage fixed-episode rehabilitation programs (typically 6-week care episodes)
  • Document all visits accurately and in compliance with billing/coding requirements
  • Coordinate with primary care providers (NPs, physicians) on shared patients
  • Travel between facilities within the LA service area on a structured schedule

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
  • Active California PT license in good standing
  • Experience with senior/geriatric populations preferred
  • Comfortable working independently across multiple facility locations
  • Bilingual in Korean and English strongly preferred, given our patient population in certain facilities
Compensation
  • Estimated Annual Total: $75,000 – $105,000/year, based on a part-time schedule of 2-3 days/week
  • Final compensation package to be discussed based on experience and schedule
