This is an opportunity for a creative and results-oriented social media professional to build and strengthen a growing healthcare brand's digital presence. You will manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, combining creativity with a clear focus on audience growth and business outcomes. The role goes beyond scheduling posts, requiring hands-on content creation, short-form video editing, trend identification, and performance optimization. You will help translate social engagement into meaningful actions such as website visits and discovery call bookings. Working with significant autonomy, you'll have the opportunity to shape the content strategy and experiment with new ideas. Success will be measured through consistent publishing, engagement, audience growth, and measurable business impact.

Accountabilities
  • Manage Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts while maintaining a consistent publishing schedule of 4-5+ posts per week.
  • Build and maintain a strategic content calendar aligned with brand priorities and business objectives.
  • Develop engaging content ideas, captions, short-form video concepts, Stories, Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn posts, and carousel content.
  • Edit and publish social media content using CapCut or similar video-editing tools.
  • Organize and maintain photo and video assets and provide filming guidance when required.
  • Identify emerging trends, viral content opportunities, and platform best practices to improve reach and engagement.
  • Manage ManyChat or similar automation tools to support audience engagement and lead generation.
  • Monitor social media analytics and use performance insights to continuously refine content and growth strategies.
  • Track key performance indicators including follower growth, engagement, website traffic, and discovery call bookings generated through social channels.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across all managed platforms while working independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, business, healthcare practice, public figure, or similar organization.
  • Demonstrated success growing social media accounts and delivering measurable improvements in engagement or business results.
  • Strong short-form video editing skills using CapCut or comparable tools.
  • Hands-on experience with ManyChat or similar social media automation and engagement platforms.
  • Excellent written English skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn content formats, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Highly organized, proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing recurring content workflows independently.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media performance data and turn insights into action.
  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant content creation experience and measurable results is required.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, telemedicine, medical brands, women's health, hormone health, or longevity content is preferred.
  • Experience supporting influencer, creator, or partnership campaigns is a plus.
Benefits
  • Part-time position with flexible working hours.
  • Fully remote work environment.
  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of social media strategy and creative direction.
  • Hands-on experience working with healthcare, wellness, and telemedicine-focused content.
  • Opportunity to directly influence audience growth, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
