Part-Time Patient Coordinator – Medical Spa
Location: Gainesville & Warrenton, VA
Schedule: Part-Time (20–25 hrs/week)
Start Date: Immediately


The Spa Clinic is looking for an experienced patient care coordinator with sales experience and organizational experience.


Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, creating a welcoming and high-end experience
• Answer phone calls, return voicemails, and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage daily provider schedules
• Educate patients about services, membership options, and skincare products
• Support patient consultation flow and treatment coordination
• Handle payments, invoices, and follow-up communication
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and lobby
• Work closely with providers and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care

• Prior experience in a medical spa, luxury hospitality, or medical office preferred
