Google is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our expanding team of marketing professionals. As a Digital Marketing Manager at Google, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing data-driven marketing strategies that support the growth of our global client base. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness across various digital channels. As a member of the Google marketing team, you will collaborate closely with internal teams including product managers, creative designers, engineers, and analytics experts. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
    • Lead integrated campaigns across a variety of digital channels, including paid media (search, display, video), social media (paid and organic), email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
    • Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
    • Manage and optimize digital ad budgets, ensuring campaigns achieve KPIs while staying within budget constraints.
  2. Data-Driven Optimization:
    • Leverage advanced analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
    • Use data insights to continuously improve campaign strategies, audience segmentation, and channel performance, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
    • Lead A/B testing initiatives to test new approaches and refine strategies for maximum impact.
    • Develop detailed reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
  3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    • Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
    • Work closely with external clients to understand their needs, deliver strategic recommendations, and build long-term relationships based on trust and results.
    • Support the marketing leadership team in identifying new opportunities for growth, both within existing client accounts and through new business development.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
  4. Innovation & Thought Leadership:
    • Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to Google's marketing initiatives.
    • Test and experiment with new digital marketing tools and techniques to find innovative ways to drive results and enhance client experiences.
    • Contribute to thought leadership within the company, sharing insights, trends, and emerging digital marketing strategies with the wider team.
  5. Brand Growth & Community Engagement:
    • Create and execute strategies to enhance brand recognition and establish thought leadership for Google and its clients within their respective industries.
    • Oversee community-building initiatives through digital platforms, ensuring that Google's brand voice is consistent and engaging across all channels.
    • Help cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and brand ambassadors to drive organic growth and brand loyalty.

Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership or managerial role with a strong track record of driving successful digital campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Demonstrated experience working with large-scale budgets and managing complex, integrated marketing initiatives.
    • Proven ability to manage client relationships, from strategic consultation to hands-on execution, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and others.
    • Advanced knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and content strategy, including technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and keyword research.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions to improve marketing effectiveness.
    • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Communication & Leadership:
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in an accessible and persuasive manner.
    • Experience in managing cross-functional teams, providing mentorship and leadership, and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Experience working with global brands and managing international marketing campaigns.
