Job description

Ridgeview Classical Schools seeks qualified candidates for part-time Teaching Assistant positions to support its Second and Third grade classrooms for the 2026-2027 school year. The Teaching Assistant provides support by assisting the teacher with classroom management and organization, grading, lesson preparation, and implementation of special education plans. The Teaching Assistant is also the preferred substitute teacher when the primary teacher is unavailable.
Highly qualified candidates will be familiar with the RIGGS/Orton-Spaulding method and Singapore mathematics; additional training in these and other subjects is expected upon hiring.
This position is part-time (up to 29.5 hours/week) and is not eligible for benefits. The starting date for this position will be Tuesday, August 4th, 2026.
