Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at Tice Valley Post Acute, you will play an essential role in promoting resident health, safety, and comfort through skilled nursing care and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities include:

Monitoring resident conditions and completing comprehensive nursing assessments
Communicating changes in condition with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Developing and implementing individualized care plans
Administering medications and performing clinical procedures including wound care, injections, and treatments
Maintaining accurate charting and documentation in compliance with facility standards
