Massage Therapy Instructor

Carteret Community College, Morehead City, NC is seeking a passionate and experienced part-time Massage Therapy Instructor to join our college community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in massage therapy, excellent communication skills, and a desire to inspire and educate future massage therapists. As a Massage Therapy Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging curriculum, providing hands-on instruction, and guiding students through their journey of learning and development. Duties Include:

  • Previous experience teaching or training others in massage therapy or related fields preferred.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology as they relate to massage therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
  • Patient, empathetic, and supportive attitude towards students from diverse backgrounds.

Physical Demands:
