Location: On-Site | 4900 Daggett Ave., St. Louis, MO 63110

Job Summary: Brown and Crouppen is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mass Tort Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with attorneys and legal professionals to deliver exceptional legal services to our clients. This position requires a strong understanding of individual and multidistrict litigation (MDL) processes, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess potential mass tort claims
  • Conduct client consultations to determine case viability
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • E-file documents in compliance with local and federal regulations
  • Manage discovery processes including document review, depositions, and interrogatories
  • Maintain consistent and transparent communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
  • Skills and Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • 3+ years of experience in mass tort, personal injury, or complex litigation preferred
  • Must be licensed in Federal Court
  • Experience conducting and defending depositions
  • Excellent legal writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict court deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
