Summary

The Food Runner creates an excellent dining experience for members and guests by anticipating their needs and serving them in a professional and efficient manner. Provide food and beverage items in a friendly, enthusiastic professional and timely manner.


Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operation.
  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately, ensuring meals are presented in the best possible condition.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and servers to maintain efficient communication and coordination.
  • Assist in the setup and organization of dining areas, including arranging table settings and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Refill beverages and clear tables as needed to enhance the dining experience for guests.
  • Support servers in various tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy service hours.
  • Adhere to the restaurant's sanitation and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining, service station and kitchen areas.
  • Engage with guests as needed, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their dining experience.
  • Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned


Qualifications

  • No prior experience necessary, however, previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure.
