Job Summaryย 

The Sales Lead โ€“ Food & Beverage (F&B) Locations provides exceptional guest service while supporting daily food, beverage, and retail operations. This position assists the Store Director F&B and Assistant Store Director F&B in leading team members to deliver memorable guest experiences and achieve sales performance goals.

As an entry-level supervisory role, the Sales Lead F&B helps ensure operational readiness, coaches team members in real time, and supports cafรฉ and marketplace operations. The Sales Lead also performs keyholder responsibilities including opening and closing procedures, higher-level transactions, and accurate cash and safe balancing.

This role blends food & beverage service, retail sales, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment focused on hospitality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Leadership and Team Member Results

    • Leads by example to deliver exceptional guest service and model company standards of performance and behavior.
    • Supports Store Director F&B and Assistant Store Director F&B in leading the sales and cafรฉ team to ensure optimal guest experiences.
    • Provides real-time coaching and guidance to team members during shifts.
    • Resolves guest service issues in partnership with store leadership.

Qualifications

    • Prior food & beverage, cafรฉ, or barista experience preferred.

    • Ability to lead by example and motivate team members.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced food and retail environment.

    • Food handlerโ€™s certification preferred (where required).
    • Must be 21 years of age for liquor sales (where applicable).
