Job description

MAG Aerospace is seeking a cleared Operations Analyst to support an Army Program Director at Fort Belvoir, VA.  You’ll independently apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. You may be assigned to participate in or lead program/project efforts to support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders, to include management of personnel onboarding and offboarding. Secret clearance is required


Duties include, but not limited to:

  • As Program Coordinator, participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of program activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders
  • Manage taskers and staffing packets
  • Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications
  • Control, manage and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.)
  • Plan, resource and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.)
  • Archive Operations functional documents and information
  • Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences; and
  • Plan and manage facility requirements.
  • Depending on placement in organization, may be required to support special requirements.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications to include SharePoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with others
  • Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously 

PREFERRED

  • Prior experience supporting US Army product management office

The projected compensation range for this position is $80500 to $149500 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
