What are you motivated by?:
The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center.
What you're great at:
  • Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
  • Maintains daily upkeep, including but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall, and landscaping clean-up
  • Completes maintenance calls and general upkeep of the property
  • Notifies manager of any issues
  • Assists guests when needed
  • Handles the trash
  • Cleaning the pool
  • Completes all other duties as requested
